Warranty Policy

WhatsClad Limited Warranty (US Only)

Your product is protected by a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. Registering your product on our official website within 30 days of purchase, you may extend this coverage to 5 years at no cost.

This limited warranty applies to eligible purchases made directly from Amazon/Walmart/eBay. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable.

What We Cover

1. The original unit and/or non-wearable parts deemed defective, in our sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced up to five (5) years from the original purchase date.

  • If repair is not feasible, replace it with a similar model.
  • If the original model is discontinued, we will provide a product of comparable value.
  • For multi-piece sets, only the defective item will be replaced.

2. In the event a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage ends two (2) years following the receipt date of the replacement unit or the remainder of the existing warranty, whichever is later. We reserve the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.

3. Return freight and reshipment costs (ground freight only) are prepaid by us for warranty claims that meet the eligibility requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I extend my warranty to 5 years?

You can extend your warranty from 1 year to 5 years at no cost by registering your product on our website. Visit the 'Register Your Warranty' page and submit your details to complete registration.

What is covered under the warranty?

Your product comes with a standard one-year warranty from the purchase date, extendable to five years at no cost through product registration on our website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your product has any manufacturing defects or issues within the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement (at our discretion).

Does the warranty cover the ceramic coating?

The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of the ceramic coating. Over time, the non-stick surface may show signs of use, especially if exposed to high heat, abrasive utensils, or improper care. This is considered normal and is not covered by the warranty.

Does the warranty cover accidental damage or misuse?

Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.

For example, using metal utensils, exposing the pan to high heat for long periods, thermal shock (e.g., submerging hot cookware in cold water), or impact damage from dropping.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

If your cookware appears defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your proof of purchase (receipt/order number) and product details. We may request photos to assess the issue. Should the damage fall within our warranty coverage for material or workmanship defects, we'll offer a repair or replacement at no cost.
